Maximino Martinez, pioneer in Pest Control in the city of La Paz B.C.S.
In 1980, Maximino Martinez, owner and founder of the company Fumigaciones Peninsulares, started as "urban pest controllers" in La Paz B.C.S.
He started as "urban pest controllers" in La Paz, B.C.S. And in 1988, he opened the first branch in Los Cabos. By 1998 Juan Carlos Martinez, son of Maximino Martinez, get in charge of Los Cabos branch which, by then, makes Fumigaciones Peninsulares a family business. Between 1998 and 2000, the boom of the big and most important constructions in Los Cabos began, and it was then when Fumigaciones Peninsulares went from a "family business" to a renowned company, being hired by important companies in the tourism sector such as El Dorado, Palmilla, Twin Dolphin, Esperanza, etc. Fumigaciones Peninsulares begins to be known for the "application against subterranean termite in pre-construction", leading it to be the first in the list of contacts of the construction companies and hotels in Los Cabos. By 2018 Juan Carlos Martinez moves to La Paz B.C.S. where the company's head is located, leaving the Los Cabos branch in charge of his daughter Marlén Martínez. In 2018 Marlén Martínez incorporates the services of sanitization and disinfection, taking courses and being in charge of the administration and consulting of Fumigaciones Peninsulares, becoming responsible to date of the branch in Los Cabos.
